What is a pre-order product?
A pre-order product is an item that is available for purchase before its official release date. By pre-ordering, you can reserve the item in advance and receive it as soon as it becomes available. Your money will be taken at the time of the pre-order.
When will the pre-order product be released?
The release date for the Long binder pre-order is November 28th at 12pm GMT. The Pre-order will close on the 5th of December at 12pm GMT. However, please note that release dates are subject to change and we will do our best to keep you informed of any updates.
Can I cancel or refund my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order. To cancel your pre-order, please email info@spectrumoutfitters.co.uk with your order number. We cannot accept changes including cancellations after the 6th of December.
Will I be charged upfront for my pre-order?
Your payment, including shipping, will be taken immediately when you purchase the pre-order.
How will I be notified when my pre-order is available?
We will send you an email notification when your pre-order is available for shipping, and you can also check the status of your order on our website.
Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my pre-order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your shipping address after you've placed your pre-order. We can't accept address changes after the 6th of December as your items will be prepared to ship at that point. To change your delivery address please email info@spectrumoutfitters.co.uk with your order number.
What happens if the release date of the pre-order is delayed?
If the release date is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide you with updated information on the new release date. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Is there a limit to how many pre-orders I can place?
Yes, the maximum number of items you can pre-order is 2. There is a limited amount of stock available to pre-order; if this runs out before the time limit for the pre-order you will not be able to make a purchase. So get yours while you can!
Will the pre-order price change?
No, the pre-order price will not change, we may however change the price of the product after it goes up on general sale.
